Autodesk warrants that, following any Upgrade, Licensee will be able to Use the Software as described in the Upgrade Documentation. If, following an Upgrade, Licensee cannot Use the Software as described in the Upgrade Documentation, Licensee must, within seven (7) days, acknowledge the cause of the problem, its resolution and the consequences and causes of the failure to Use the Software as described in the Upgrade Documentation.
