First thanks for getting this new painttool sai pro version in my hands.. 🙂 Your download it makes it easy. So you are saying the old version ( v0.75)is out and the new ( in your case v1.1.9)is still good for production?

So far I have painted 10 different designs and they have all turned out great.. so far ive had no problems with the new painttool, and yes I keep all the brushes and loads of textures in the SAI library. I haven’t had to have SAI any thing else put on top of it yet. I know it is very fast in what it does and I’m still getting the hang of the paper layout. I’m quite impressed so far. However, I do have one problem. I like making movies of the designs. So I have been capturing each frame as a video clip with SAI CS6. My problem is that whenever I load the new painttool, I have to go in SAI CS6 to “load a movie”, there is no way to load all my videos all in one go. This is a pain! Also for “blend modes”, if I click on a portion of one of the drawings and then click on another on the same image, SAI only wants to blend from the top left of the image. So I have to individually click on each of the designs to blend from each area. So I don’t think I’ll be losing any sleep with SAI, but it is a bit of a pain that I can’t blend right off the bat.
