As already mentioned, if your issue hasn’t been fixed, there’s a workaround. I’ve recently updated my system to creator 10 and i tried creator 9 and kontakt 6.7.1. The only thing that was working was creating new projects and opening them (no patches or triggering anything with the editor), and the only issue i had was that the Kontakt audio engine remained in use. With Kontakt 6.7.1 i can open created patches, run trigger algorithms and everything works perfectly. So i’m downloading it now for my projects and if it doesn’t work again i’ll revert to creator 9

I have many tracks and must use Mac OSX. I downloaded Native Instruments’ Kontakt 6.7.1 and when I run it, it opens for a second before it crashes and closes. I’ve tried turning off Apple’s watchdog service, but that didn’t seem to help at all. It was able to open at first, but then it crashed. I saw many other Kontakt 5 users who could not get it to work at all with native OSX. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, and it didn’t help.

Unfortunately, Native Access fails due to a driver issue with the nVIDIA GPU. The Kontakt 6.7.1 installer seems to be working just fine. Sadly, the binary for the driver is much newer than the one found in the installer. I can only hope this fix will make it to the public version. In the meantime, you can try changing the NVidia driver by going to Device Manager, selecting Monitor & Display, selecting the device associated with Graphics Cards, and then installing the latest driver there. You’ll probably have to manually restart your PC for this to work.

I was finally able to install Native Access with the new Kontakt 6.7.1 installer. I was able to start it and it was able to open the sample library. Unfortunately, the program hangs at 0% and never updates the music. I could start up Kontakt just fine and it played the music just fine. I closed Kontakt and tested Native Access again. It still hangs at 0% but at least now it’s not crashing.
