We want you to be satisfied with FatFolder. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access and any credits through the end of the current period.
Unused add-on credits from a purchase made within the last 14 days may be refunded on request. Credits that have already been used to generate videos are non-refundable.
If a video fails to render due to a problem on our side, the credit is not consumed. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Email support@fatfolder.com from your account email with your request. We aim to respond within two business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
